Product Questions

Of Course! We love custom projects. Just send us your ideas and inspirations, and we’ll help you design the perfect product for your vacation or event.

The print area varies based on the size of the actual shirt. The online design tool is based on a size LARGE shirt which uses a print area of approximately 12 inches wide by 15 inches tall (31 cm x 40 cm).
Once you create your graphics the system scales them proportionally to fit the size of shirt you selected.

When using the design tool to build a shirt from scratch you have the option to put graphics and texts on either the front, the back or both sides of the shirt. The base price for a custom shirt includes the printing on 1 side only. The design tool will add and upcharge for shirts including graphics on both sides.

We try to maintain the stock of the most common/popular colors on the shirts offered. However, if there is a specific color or cut you are looking for please let us know – it may be available from as a special order item.

T-shirts

  • Machine wash: warm (max 40C or 105F)
  • Do not dry clean
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry: low heat
  • Iron, steam or dry: low heat

Bags

This applies to Beach Bags, Zipper Pouches and Fanny Packs:
Remove all items from the bag before cleaning. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or a soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.

Cruise Cup Tumblers

Clean in dishwasher or wash by hand with warm water and dish soap.

Beach Towels

Wash the item only cold machine wash with similar colors garments using a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low settings or hang dry. Do not bleach or dry clean.

Order Questions

Depending on the season, it is sometimes possible to rush an order. Please contact us if you need shipping faster than what is stated during checkout. We’ll do everything we can to help!

Because all of our products are made to order, we unfortunately do not accept returns. However, if something is wrong with the product, we’ll gladly remake it at no charge and ship it right out!

Unfortunately, we make each item custom for your event and/or cruise. So we are unable to provide a refund for canceled events. However, once your event or trip is rescheduled, please contact us and we’ll remake your items at a reduced cost.

Yes! Depending on your location we may be able to produce your product in your country (or nearby) with one of our partner providers. Which will greatly reduce shipping time and cost – where available.

Usually once the order is placed, we review the order and any custom work within 24 hours. At that point it is sent to production. Depending on the time of the year, production can take 2-5 business days. We aim to have every order shipped within 5 days of receiving the order or final changes (for custom products).
